Commercial terms

At signup the account receives a gifted balance of 200 DT. 200 DT gifted = 100,000 DT of orders. Until those 200 DT are used up, only the 0.2% commission is taken from that balance. WhatsApp / SMS packs and the domain are paid separately. Once the gifted 200 DT are used up, commission, packs and the domain are taken from the balance.

From the first order received (including abandoned), a 0.2% commission on its amount is deducted from the ShopyX Balance. A later status change (delivered, returned, cancelled) does not change that commission. There is no monthly subscription.

The ShopyX Balance is the account wallet. The merchant always sees it. When it drops, they top it up from Settings → Billing. The balance is not a bank account: it is only for payments related to ShopyX services.

After your first top-up, ShopyX may grant usage credit down to −10 DT on the ShopyX Balance, to avoid an immediate service interruption. Before the first top-up, the balance cannot go below 0 DT. Once the credit floor is reached, top up to continue without interruption.

Optional packs (automatic WhatsApp messages, automatic SMS, custom domain) may be offered later. When available, prices and purchase terms will be shown clearly before payment in the admin and, where relevant, on the Pricing page. During the free period, packs may be paid separately; after the free period, they may be charged to the ShopyX Balance under the then-current rules.

Unused ShopyX Balance may be refundable on request, subject to identity and anti-fraud checks. Amounts already used for commissions, packs, or domains are not refundable. Practical details (timelines, payment methods) are shared when Support handles the request.

ShopyX may update prices, thresholds, or commercial terms. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice (email and/or in-app notice), except for legal or security emergencies. Continued use after the new terms take effect constitutes acceptance, within applicable law. The figures in force remain those shown in Settings → Billing and on the Pricing page.
