“Necessary” cookies and similar technologies enable ShopyX’s core operation: dashboard login session, security (abuse prevention), technical preferences (language, display) and service load balancing. These cookies are not used for targeted advertising. Without them, parts of the site or dashboard may not work correctly. Their use may be based on legitimate interest in operating the service or on contract performance when you use a merchant account. Duration: session or limited period (generally up to 12 months depending on the cookie). You may block them in your browser, which may degrade the experience.

When measurement tools are enabled on the ShopyX marketing site or on a store (for example Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity), cookies or similar scripts may be used to: • understand traffic and page usage; • measure performance (page views, journeys, clicks); • spot usability issues (Clarity recordings or heatmaps, where applicable). On the ShopyX marketing site, these tools are only set after your consent when a banner or preference panel provides a choice. On a merchant storefront, the merchant configures their own tags and remains responsible for informing visitors and obtaining consent. Data may be processed by the relevant providers (Google, Microsoft) under their policies. You can refuse these cookies via the consent manager or your browser settings.

When advertising pixels or tags are enabled (Meta Pixel / Conversions API, TikTok Pixel, or equivalents), cookies and similar identifiers may be used to: • measure campaign effectiveness; • attribute conversions (purchases, leads); • limit ad frequency and, where applicable, personalize ads. On the ShopyX site these technologies are only used with your consent when a choice mechanism is offered. On storefronts, each merchant enables their own integrations and must follow Meta / TikTok rules and applicable law (notice, consent). Ad partners may combine these signals with other data they hold. See their privacy policies for details. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie manager or the platforms’ opt-out tools.

You may at any time: • accept, refuse or customize non-necessary cookies via the banner or “Manage cookies” link when shown on the site; • delete or block cookies in your browser settings; • use opt-out options offered by Google, Microsoft, Meta or TikTok for ads and measurement. Refusing measurement or advertising cookies does not prevent browsing essential ShopyX pages. Refusing strictly necessary cookies may limit some features (login, security).
